Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Advise senior management. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
