MTD is a midsized contract manufacturer specializing in die building, metal stamping, powder coating and electro-mechanical and welded assemblies. We have been in business for over 40 years, serving customers across Canada and the USA. *We are looking for the right candidate to join our TEAM.* * *Drive forklift in a safe and efficient manner* * Move material and finished goods from each department to the shipping area * Clear docks of all incoming materials and deliver to the respective departments * Load all shipments leaving the docks * Final check of all shipments leaving (make sure shipping documents are correct etc.) * Label boxes / wrap skids * Ensures that trucks are properly loaded to avoid damage to material * Keep department area clean and garbage free as per the Area Zone for Housekeeping * Performs other basic operations relating to the department Expected start date: 2022-01-17 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $17.00-$18.75 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Profit sharing Schedule: * 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: All employees and visitors must wear face mask at all times.
