Position: Restaurant Supervisor Employer: Arnies Grill Working location: 133 Main Street, Shellbrook, SK S0J 2E0Wage: $17.50 per hourEmployment type: Permanent, full-time (30 hours per week)Working schedule: Day, Evening, On Call, Shift, WeekendVacancy: 2 positions OVERVIEW:Languages: EnglishEducation: College/CEGEPExperience: 1 year to less than 1 yearWork setting: Relocation costs covered by employer; Willing to relocate; Restaurant RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Hire food service staff. Ensure food service and quality control. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Establish work schedules.Supervision: 3-4 people ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail; Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure.
