Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
