Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Train staff. Develop and administer policies and programs. Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Solicit event donors. Record information about donors. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Provide post donation care and donor reaction care. Monitor donors throughout procedure. Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish. Engage in community program development. Supervision: 5-10 people.
