Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Odours. Cold/refrigerated. Noisy. Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment. Wholesalers. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Prepare special orders. Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use. Equipment and machinery experience: Power grinder. Slicing machine. Knives. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination. Repetitive tasks. Employment terms options: Morning. Experience: Will train. Employment terms options: Day. Overtime available.- LocationScarborough, ONM1M 3V1
