Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Publishing house. Tasks: Establish procedures and implement policies in newspaper and publishing firms. Plan and maintain production schedules. Design and layout pages. Plan page layouts and electronically alter shape, size and positions of illustrations and text. Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Adobe After Effects. InDesign. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail.
