Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Work setting: Processing plant. Tasks: Train or arrange for training of crew. Start up or shut down process equipment. Prepare raw materials for mixing process. Plan sequence of operation. Monitor quality and production levels. Interpret and enforce rules of procedure. Feed and unload production machinery and equipment. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment. Assist in locating and isolating system problems. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements. Work with minimal supervision. Operate industrial trucks, tractors and other mobile equipment. Co-ordinate and supervise production crew such as machine and process operators, tenders, assistants and helpers. Identifying and investigating compliance issues.
