Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Manufacture. Tasks: Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations. Clean and maintain work space. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Machinist Trade Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Sawing machine. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Operate laser cutters. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity.
