Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. Quick Books. Accounting software. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
