Job Title: Licensed Millwright - Watson Guelph, Ontario Job ID: 325606 Date Posted: 09-April-2026 Location: 180 Watson Parkway, S. in Guelph, Ontario Category: Build Operate Maintain (PLANT OPNS) Job Status : Hourly Full-Time Shift(s) Available: Monday to Friday (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Pay Rate: $41.00 /hour Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 (net) License Required: Must hold an Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate About the Role As a Licensed Millwright at Cargill, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a dynamic meat processing environment. What You Need Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada and at least 18 years old Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate required by Skilled Trades Ontario or Red Seal Certification Full License with 8,000 Apprenticeship hours completed Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a licensed Mechanic Millwright in a manufacturing/production environment Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
