Overnight Child & Youth Worker (CYW) *Bright Path Youth Services Inc.* ? Simcoe County / Barrie Area Part-Time | Relief | Casual Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 6?17. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team. What You?ll Do * Provide overnight supervision in a residential group home * Support evening and morning routines * Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans * Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches * Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies * Complete daily documentation and incident reports * Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team What We?re Looking For * Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred * Strong communication and boundary-setting skills * Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays * Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) * Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation Training & Support * In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided * Paid onboarding and orientation * Ongoing supervision and support Why Work at Bright Path * Supportive, hands-on leadership * Team-based, respectful work environment * Opportunities for growth as the organization expands * Meaningful work making a real impact with youth Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour Application question(s): * Do you have a Broad Sector Record Check Licence/Certification: * First Aid Certification (preferred) * UMAB or NVCI (required) Work Location: In person- Location Barrie, ON
