Responsibilities: - Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development - Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Utilize technology for lesson planning, documentation, and communication Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in computer operation and ability to use educational software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to lead a classroom and manage behavior effectively - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines We offer competitive salaries, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
