We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. <br> <br>I am seeking an M&A Analyst for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess the viability of external growth initiatives (acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships). <br>- Build financial models and perform valuation exercises to support decision-making. <br>- Conduct detailed analyses of target companies (finances, operations, contracts, business model) to identify risks and opportunities. <br>- Produce summaries, presentations, and recommendations for senior management. <br>- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry dynamics to identify new strategic opportunities. <br>- Assess the strategic alignment and financial feasibility of identified projects. <br>- Monitor economic and regulatory developments that may impact investment decisions. <br>- Participate in structuring transactions and support the negotiation phases in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. <br>- Coordinate the various stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, HR) throughout the process. <br>- Contribute to post-transaction monitoring by analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>- A university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. <br>- 2 to 5 years of experience in a transactional finance environment (M&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance). <br>- Excellent proficiency in Excel and the ability to create financial models with ease. <br>- Good understanding of valuation methods and financial statements. <br> <br>PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Consultant. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: carolinevansteene@fedfinance.ca</p> <br><br> <strong>Other openings that may pick your interest</strong> </div>- Location Boucherville, QC
