*Job Overview* Keswick Family Eye Care has been serving York Region for over 30 years. We're a growing, community-rooted practice with deep clinical expertise in dry eye, myopia management, and macular degeneration prevention and early detection. We are looking for an Associate OD to join us 3 days a week beginning October 5th 2026, initially to cover a maternity leave with the genuine potential for an ongoing role. *What you'll be working with:* Our clinic is fully equipped for modern, comprehensive eye care, including OCT Maestro 2 (OCT, OCT-A, retinal photos), Tonoref 3, Humphrey Field Analyzer, Myah, E>Eye IRPL, MP-Eye macular pigment density testing, AdaptDx dark adaptation testing, a busy dispensary, and EMR *Skills:* * Proven experience in optometric care with a strong understanding of eye health diagnostics. * Experience working with pediatric patients and senior care populations is highly desirable. * Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs. * Strong sales skills in the optical and therapeutic field to effectively recommend products that enhance patient satisfaction and practice growth. *The team:* You'll join 4 optometrists and 8 dedicated support staff in a friendly, collaborative environment where clinical excellence and compassionate patient care are the standard. *Schedule:* Monday 9am?5pm | Friday 9am?5pm | Saturday 9am?3pm *Requirements: *Licensed to practice optometry in Ontario (College of Optometrists of Ontario) Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- Location Keswick, ON
