Together, we aim to create a relaxing and healing environment where quality care and genuine relationships come first. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to tailor massage treatments accordingly. * Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages. * Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during the session. * Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices. * Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations. * Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients. * Proficient in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. * Ability to maintain professionalism while providing empathetic care. * Knowledge of safety protocols and hygiene standards in a therapeutic setting.
