We are currently looking for and energetic and innovative person at our St. Catharines, Ontario facility for the role of? MILLWRIGHT We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. This job posting is to fill an vacant Millwright position. The Millwright is required to inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities or malfunctions. This position is also responsible for adjusting machinery, fabricating or repairing and replacing defective parts, installing stationary machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance tasks when required. Other tasks include but are not limited to: Provide machine repair services as directed on all manufacturing equipment. Provide maintenance support. Perform preventative maintenance orders as assigned. Troubleshoot mechanical maintenance issues on equipment. Installing new equipment. Perform welding tasks as required. Requirements for this position: ? High school Diploma or Equivalent ? Trade Certification- Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) ? 3 years experience in Millwright trade in a heavy industrial setting ? Previous welding experience required ? Experience in Hydraulic/pneumatic systems considered an asset ? Strong attention to detail ? Adaptability, handling multiple tasks at once ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment ? Ability to work three shift rotation (Days, Afternoons, Midnights) required. ? Overtime as required.
