*Mormak Equipment Shipper Receiver- Acheson Branch* *For more than 40 years, Mormak Equipment. has been helping quarry and mine owners meet their targets with the most durable, functional and powerful aggregate equipment in western Canada.* Shipper and Receiver performs duties related to receiving and shipping parts and accessories. Verifies merchandise and organizes its distribution. Prepares related documents and maintains the storage area. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Receives merchandise. Checks and signs delivery slips. Assists with unloading as necessary * Unpacks parts and accessories. Verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents. Accepts or returns merchandise according to established procedures. * Completes different forms and prepares documents. Maintains files. * Organizes distribution and shipping of parts. Makes necessary verifications against documents, prepares the merchandise and moves to the appropriate area. Handles customer pick-ups. * Maintains a clean and organized parts warehouse. * Helps with maintaining the yard in an organized and safe condition * Assists other staff in the shop/parts warehouse when required *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Knowledge of DIS Software an asset * Excellent verbal, written and active listening skills * The ability to prioritize and strong time management skills * High attention to detail * Able to work independently and in a team environment * Positive attitude, self motivated, hard working * Able to lift items of at least 30 pounds * Operate a forklift * Driving License *Why Should You Apply?* * Offer a Competitive Compensation Structure * Group Benefits Plan after three months of employment * Opportunity to be a part of a great team and positive work environment _We thank all applicants for applying.
