A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.</p><p><b>Opportunity: Sales manager</b></p><p><b>Salary</b>: 95 000$ to 115 000$/year</p><b>Terapro benefits</b><ul><li>Defined contribution pension plan;</li><li>Advantageous group insurance (life, short and long term disability, medication);</li><li>2 days of sick leave and 3 days for personal reasons;</li><li>Work clothing allowance available;</li><li>Learning and development opportunities.</li></ul><b>Respons</b><b>ibilities</b><ul><li>Develop and execute short-and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and unit volume targets;</li><li>Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance;</li><li>Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics aligned with business plans;</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer need,s and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities;</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fleet customers, and strategic partners;</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, financing options, and trade-in terms;</li><li>Support major deals and participate in high-value or complex sales negotiations;</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention;</li><li>Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports;</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to align stock with market demand;</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory standards;</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and train sales personnel;</li><li>Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, equipment demonstrations, and customer events;</li><li>Identify new territories, industries or customer segments for expansion.</li></ul><strong>Profile</strong><ul><li>Bachelor of Administration or any other relevant training;</li><li>Significant experience in sales and team management;</li><li>Knowledge of financial issues related to sales management;</li><li>Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, the sales team and other departments;</li><li>Ability to set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them, while maintaining a constant focus on results and profitability;</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data, identify market trends and make informed decisions to adjust sales strategies accordingly;</li><li>Ability to propose innovative ideas to develop new markets, products or sales strategies.</li></ul><p><b>Terapro</b> is committed to the principles of equity and equal employment opportunity.</p><p>We thank all those who express their interest.
