<p>We are currently hiring a <strong>SQL / Backend Developer</strong> for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in an environment where IT systems (WMS, ERP) are tightly integrated with warehouse operations.</p><p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Develop and enhance an internal <strong>Warehouse Management System (WMS)</strong></li><li>Write, maintain, and optimize <strong>SQL queries (SQL Server)</strong></li><li>Perform direct database interventions to resolve operational issues</li><li>Develop application components using <strong>C#, VB, Python, or similar languages</strong></li><li>Provide technical support for warehouse operations systems</li><li>Analyze data to identify root causes and implement solutions</li><li>Collaborate directly with operations teams to understand business needs</li><li>Contribute to system integrations (<strong>WMS, ERP, internal tools</strong>)</li><li>Support continuous improvement of systems and processes</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of changes and fixes</li></ul><p><span><strong>Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>2?5 years of experience in <strong>software development (backend / SQL / applications)</strong></li><li>Strong SQL skills:<ul><li>Complex queries</li><li>Data manipulation</li><li>Stored procedures</li></ul></li><li>Experience with at least one programming language:<ul><li>C#, VB, Python, C++ or similar</li></ul></li><li>Comfortable working in <strong>production environments</strong></li><li>Understanding of <strong>enterprise systems (ERP, operational systems, WMS)</strong></li><li>Analytical mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach</li></ul><p><span><strong>Conditions</strong></span></p><ul><li>Full-time permanent position (35 hours/week)</li><li>Salary: $80,000 ? $110,000 depending on experience</li><li>100% on-site (Work place based in Laval)</li><li>Growing environment with ongoing technology initiatives</li><li>Full group insurance (100% employer-paid)</li><li>Wellness programs and employee perks</li><li>On-site parking (including EV charging stations)</li><li>And more</li></ul><p>*Please note that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>- Location Laval, QC
