We?re looking for a talented and technically strong *Interior Designer* to join our team full-time and lead the design vision across our portfolio. *Responsibilities* * Lead the full interior design process for luxury homes and infill projects (from concept to execution) * Work directly with clients to create stunning, modern design packages * Produce finish schedules, fixture selections, and mood boards * Use CAD or Revit to create interior layouts, elevations, and cabinetry plans * Create 3D renderings and visual presentations * Coordinate pricing and sourcing with vendors and trades * Support construction/project managers with clear selections and design direction * Collaborate with our drafter, PMs, and media team on consistent brand design across projects *Skills* * Diploma or degree in *Interior Design* * Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD or Sketch Up * Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and design principles. * Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of design work. * Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to interior design is a plus. * Creativity and a passion for interior design trends that inspire innovative solutions. *Why Join Urban Ridge Homes?* * Be part of Winnipeg?s most active infill builder with a reputation for quality * Collaborate with a driven, growing team in a new modern office * Work on exciting projects with real creative input * Opportunity for career growth and leadership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Paid time off * Wellness program Education: * DCS / DEC (required) Experience: * Residential Interior Design: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Winnipeg, MB
