*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and supporting store operations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Experience in supervising, marketing, and store management is a plus, along with proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and administrative tasks. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced retail environment. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries * Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with integrity * Maintain visual standards through merchandising, signage, and store layout adjustments * Support inventory management, pricing updates, and stock replenishment * Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction * Assist in training new staff and supervising team members when necessary * Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards * Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote products and special events * Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects related to store displays or promotional materials * Manage schematics for store layouts or product placements as needed * Support store management in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking *Experience* * Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred * Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership responsibilities * Familiarity with merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management operations * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks * Strong communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively * Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering processes * Experience in marketing or promotional activities is a plus * Demonstrated ability to lead teams or supervise staff is desirable * Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient store operations This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about retail sales, visual design, and customer service.
