Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Supervise support staff. Schedule and confirm appointments. Respond to complaints of guests. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Provide job training and support. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments. Prepare monthly statements. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Enforce policies and procedures.
