Brand Ambassador *Position Title:* Brand Ambassador *Company:* Sparks Marketing *Location:* Various event locations, festivals, retail activations, and community events *Job Type:* Part-Time / Casual / Event-Based *About the Role* We?re looking for outgoing, reliable, and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our Brand Ambassador Crew! As part of the team, you?ll represent brands at events, sampling activations, festivals, retail promotions, and community experiences. You?ll help create memorable interactions with consumers while bringing positive energy and professionalism to every event. Responsibilities * Represents brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner * Engage with consumers and educate them about products and promotions * Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown * Hand out samples, promotional materials, and merchandise (where applicable) * Create a fun, welcoming, and interactive atmosphere * Support social media moments and encourage consumer participation * Maintain a clean and organized event space * Follow all event guidelines, health & safety procedures, and Smart Serve regulations * Work collaboratively with team leads and fellow ambassadors Requirements * Strong communication and customer service skills * Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality * Comfortable approaching and engaging with the public * Reliable transportation is considered an asset * Ability to stand for long periods and lift event materials when needed * Weekend and evening availability preferred * Must be 19+ * Smart Serve certification is an asset (or required depending on activation) Ideal Candidate * Loves events, festivals, and meeting new people * Passionate about brand experiences and marketing * Team player with a positive attitude * Previous promotional, hospitality, or ambassador experience is an asset but not required What We Offer * Flexible event-based scheduling * Fun and energetic work environment * Opportunity to work exciting festivals and community events * Brand ambassador and event marketing experience * Competitive hourly pay To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction about yourself and why you?d be a great fit!
