*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our company's market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth as well as overseeing business reduction costs . The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing and customer relationship management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead business initiatives, develop innovative strategies, and contribute to the company's long-term success. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member when needed. *Responsibilities* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share. * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. * Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure beneficial agreements. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions for effective pipeline management. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. * Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness. *Requirements* * 5+ years business experience * Knowledge of the house cleaning industry an asset but not required * Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. * Customer service experience required for phone calls, data entry, sales calls. * Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience working with CRM platforma and tech experience * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships. * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on insights gained. * Familiarity with industry-specific trends and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. * Scheduling experience with numerous clients and employees Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person- Location Simcoe, ON
