From storefronts and kiosks to packaging, social, and retail shelves, our brands live everywhere ? and we?re looking for a *Graphic Designer* who?s excited to help shape how the world sees them next. *The Opportunity* As a *Graphic Designer at IFI*, you?ll design for real-world impact ? stores opening, products launching, brands evolving. You?ll work across multiple iconic brands, each with its own voice, aesthetic, and audience, and see your work come to life in *hundreds of locations around the world*. If you love branding, typography, layout, and seeing your designs out in the wild ? this role is for you. *What You?ll Be Designing* * Scroll-stopping digital creative for social, paid media, and campaigns * In-store experiences: menus, signage, window graphics, and brand moments * Packaging and retail designs that stand out on shelves * Presentations, pitch decks, and franchise marketing materials * Creative systems and templates used across global markets *What You?ll Be Doing* * Bringing brand ideas to life across digital, print, in-store, and packaging formats * Designing within established brand systems ? and helping evolve them * Working across *multiple brands* with distinct personalities and visual styles * Collaborating with marketing, social, franchise, and operations teams * Preparing production-ready files and making sure designs actually work in the real world * Moving fast, iterating often, and taking creative feedback in stride *Who You Are* * A designer with *2+ years of experience* (food, retail, or lifestyle brands is a big plus) * Strong in *layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy* * Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Comfortable juggling multiple projects without losing attention to detail * Curious, collaborative, and excited to design for brands people actually recognize * Bonus points if you?ve worked on *packaging, motion, or social-first creative* *Why You?ll Love It Here* * Your work will live in *stores, on shelves, and online ? globally* * You?ll design for *iconic brands with real history and real scale* * You?ll have room to contribute ideas, not just execute orders * Fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture where good design actually matters * Opportunity to grow creatively across brands, formats, and channels *Note: Only candidates who submit a portfolio will be considered for this role.* We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
