SummaryLeads end-to-end deal execution for complex real asset and infrastructure investments across Bell AI Fabric, with a focus on negotiations, commercial structuring, and driving outcomes through to agreement. This is a high-visibility role critical to securing the real assets that power Canada's most comprehensive Al infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end negotiation, drafting, and redlining of M&A-like transactions and commercial agreements (LOIs, definitive agreements, complex partnerships)Develop negotiation strategies, positions, and issue listsTranslate commercial terms into clear business, financial, and accounting implicationsPrepare and present executive-grade materials (investment summaries, negotiation briefs, decision memos) for senior leadership and investment committeesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external counterpartiesIdentify and escalate key risks, structuring issues, and value driversSupport the development of valuation frameworks and business casesCritical Qualifications4?6 years' experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or infrastructure transactionsExperience in deal execution, negotiations, and transaction structuringStrong commercial and financial acumenComfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly strategic corporate environmentStrong executive communication and investment-style writingAdvanced Excel and PowerPointIn the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across CanadaAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
