We're a passionate group of people who love collaborating on innovative and challenging projects.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;">About this role</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are recruiting a <strong>Business Process Analyst</strong> to join our <strong>Business Transformation</strong> team at our <strong>Burnaby</strong> head office.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The <strong>Business Process Analyst</strong> advances organizational efficiency and scalability by analyzing, designing, and standardizing core business processes. Working within the Business Transformation team, this role partners operational leaders, field teams, and corporate functions to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support enterprise-wide process improvement and change.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Here's how your role will strengthen our team.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze and design business processes by assessing current state workflows and creating scalable, efficient future state processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive process standardization and governance across business lines, ensuring alignment between process design, policies, and execution</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop clear process documentation including process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting materials</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Align processes with systems and data needs by translating business requirements into system and process improvements in partnership with Data, AI, and technical teams</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enable change and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, training and adoption support, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your experience and skills</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years' experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or operational excellence</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is an asset</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong process analysis, mapping, and documentation skills, using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Scribe</span></li><li style="text-align: left; line-height: 15.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SharePoint is considered an asset</span></li><li style="text-align: left; line-height: 15.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands on experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to complex workflows</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to translate complex processes into practical, scalable solutions, supported by strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid data literacy and understanding of how processes impact data quality and insights</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;">About Houle</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
