<span id="spandesc"><p ><b>About the Job: </b><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong experience in Agile delivery and enterprise program management to lead complex transformation initiatives across technology and business domains. This role blends servant leadership, delivery governance, and end-to-end project accountability to ensure predictable, high-quality releases aligned with organizational goals.<br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will drive Agile execution while owning project planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Business stakeholders. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.<br/></p><p >? Drive Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption across multiple teams.<br/></p><p >? Lead Scrum of Scrums / ART syncs to manage cross-team dependencies and alignment.<br/></p><p >? Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting sprint and release commitments.<br/></p><p >? Ensure sprint goals align with business priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones.<br/></p><p >? Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and team coaching.<br/></p><p > <br/></p><p ><b>Project & Program Management</b><br/></p><p >? Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.<br/></p><p >? Define and track scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.<br/></p><p >? Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation strategies.<br/></p><p >? Drive release planning, roadmap alignment, and execution tracking across teams.<br/></p><p >? Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance standards, and quality frameworks.<br/></p><p >? Coordinate multi-team delivery across Agile and hybrid project environments.<br/></p><p ><br/></p><div><b>Delivery Oversight & Execution</b><br/></div><p >? Oversee delivery across engineering, QA, product, and business teams.<br/></p><p >? Ensure high-quality releases through proper validation, testing, and defect management.<br/></p><p >? Monitor key metrics such as velocity, burn-down, predictability, and defect leakage.<br/></p><p >? Support integration efforts across systems, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise tools.<br/></p><p >? Ensure release readiness, including environment stability, deployment planning, and rollback strategies.<br/></p><p >? Drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.<br/></p><p > <br/></p><p ><b>Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management</b><br/></p><p >? Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams.<br/></p><p >? Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical delivery plans.<br/></p><p >? Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.<br/></p><p >? Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts across teams.<br/></p><p >? Support executive reporting and governance forums with clear delivery insights.<br/></p><p > <br/></p><p ><b>Leadership & Coaching</b><br/></p><p >?
