*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician / Installer with hands-on experience installing and servicing heat pumps, air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, can read drawings, and is comfortable working on construction and retrofit projects. *Duties & Responsibilities* * Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems including PTAC units, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, HRVs, and ERVs * Perform mechanical work in accordance with industry standards, specifications, and schematics * Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installation * Conduct system inspections and testing to identify and prevent potential issues * Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions * Perform basic welding and mechanical repairs as required * Assist with new construction and retrofit projects, including system upgrades * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system status * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and company policies *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician / Installer * Hands-on experience installing PTAC units, heat pumps, HRVs, ERVs, and AC systems * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC principles, and troubleshooting * Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and specifications * Experience in construction environments is required * Welding and general mechanical repair experience is an asset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Commitment to workplace safety standards and best practices *Preferred (Nice to Have)* * Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic (or in progress) * Valid driver?s license * Experience with commercial or multi-residential HVAC systems *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation (based on experience) * Opportunity to work on modern, high-performance HVAC systems * Growth within a fast-growing mechanical contractor * Supportive team and professional work environment * Company Events and seasonal activities *Benefits* - Comprehensive Medical Insurance - A comfortable , well equipped workplace focused on employee wellbeing - Private office gym and swimming pool Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
