We are actively seeking team members interested in learning to fabricate, TIG weld alloys, or execute sanitary purge process piping.<br/></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div><b>Our Expertise: </b>You will gain experience and exposure across a diverse range of sectors, including:<br/></div><ul><li><span><b>Food & Beverage</b>: Process equipment design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Industrial</b>: Structural steel (fabrication & erection), material handling (product conveyance), and millwrighting services.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Ag & Oil/Gas</b>: Mobile equipment design/manufacturing and processing facilities.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Specialized Services</b>: Industrial plumbing, process piping, and CNC/General machining.</span><br/></li></ul><div><b>Who We Are Looking For:</b><br/></div><ul><li><span><b>Safety First:</b> Safety is your priority!<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Technical Skill:</b> Experience with fabrication (Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon steel) and forming equipment (Brake, Shear, Plate Rollers) is preferred.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Detail Oriented:</b> You can read/interpret blueprints and have a passion for high-quality, custom fabricated, metal components.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Growth Mindset</b>: You are self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Team Player</b>: You maintain a positive attitude, are trustworthy, and seek to innovate processes.<br/></span></li></ul><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><span><b><br/></b></span></div><ul><li><span><b>Welding Processes:</b> Perform SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welds to specification.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Compliance:</b> Adhere to all C&A, Provincial, and Prime Contractor health and safety regulations.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Technical Execution:</b> Read blueprints, identify materials and parts from bills of material, fit complex weldments and determine welding procedures to minimize distortion.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Mathematics</b>: Apply knowledge of fractions, measuring, and geometry.</span><br/></li></ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b><br/></div><ul><li><span><b>Journeypersons:</b> Must possess an Alberta Welding Certificate or Inter-Provincial Red Seal.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Apprentices: </b>Must possess a High School Diploma.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Certifications:</b> Ability to pass CWB welding tests.<br/></span></li><li><span><b>Driver?s License:</b> Candidates with a valid Class 5 license and clean 3 year driving abstract are strongly preferred.</span><b><br/></b></li></ul><div><b>The Hiring Process:</b><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>1.
