*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering long-term health relationships. The Family Physician will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions, including acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions accurately. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. * Manage acute care cases efficiently, providing immediate interventions when necessary. * Administer medications and oversee medication management in accordance with best practices. * Provide pediatric care, including growth monitoring, and developmental assessments. * Coordinate with specialists for referrals and collaborative care when required. * Document patient encounters thoroughly using electronic health record systems. * Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve care quality. * Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications * Stay current with medical research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in family medicine to ensure evidence-based practice. *Experience* * New and experiences physicians welcome. * Demonstrated expertise in acute care management, pain management, pediatrics, and home care services. * Familiarity with medical terminology, data collection methods, and medication administration protocols. * Experience working with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable.
