<p>Pop-A-Lock is looking for an experienced locksmith for an immediate full-time position in the Halton / Hamilton region.</p><p>We are looking for someone with 2-5+ years of experience in residential and commercial locksmithing.</p><p>We offer competitive compensation ($30-40+ per hour), benefits, and lots of room for learning and career advancement.</p><p>Why join Pop-A-Lock: A meritocratic culture with room for higher compensation and more responsibilities based on performance A friendly, collegial work environment Job security - we are a fast-growing company with constant need for good people Company-branded vehicle, gas card, locksmithing tools (as required) and uniform North America-wide franchise with access to extensive training and troubleshooting infrastructure and resources What will qualify you: 2-5+ years of experience Experience with high security locks, automatic door operators, and access control systems is a plus Strong work ethic and desire to pursue Locksmithing as a long-term profession An excellent driving record and a clean criminal record Excellent customer service skills: we expect our employees to communicate clearly, be punctual and always act professionally and with courtesy Ability to work in a team and collaborate This is a full-time position.</p><p>We are a fully-mobile locksmith with no customer-facing office.</p><p>You will be required to drive to the customer location and take the company vehicle back to your residence at the end of the day.</p><p>You will be required to be on-call during after-hours once every 3-4 weeks (on a rotational basis) and will be compensated based on a commission structure for any after-hours work.</p><p>You may also be required to work outside of the city for multi-day projects during which time the company will reimburse you for meals and accommodation.</p><p>We will respond only to qualified candidates Powered by JazzHR</p>- Location Oakville, ON
