They assist in coordinating administrative activities and human resources processes, prepare required documentation, and monitor various activities to support the efficient operation of departmental services.EXIGENCES:Bachelor's degree in business administration;Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare field;Any other combination of relevant training and experience deemed equivalent;Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and other software applications used within the Network;Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills;Leadership, initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Physical ability to perform the assigned work;Good work history (performance and attendance);Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
