Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Develop communication strategies. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Answer written and oral inquiries. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Conduct analytical marketing studies. Develop portfolio of marketing materials. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Develop marketing strategies. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).
