Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Motor vehicle repair shop. Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties.
