Our leading clinicians utilize state-of-the-art new technology to revolutionize pain management and transform patients? lives for optimal health and well-being!? *WHAT WE OFFER* * Established caseload * Modern clinics with training gyms * Private & spacious treatment rooms * Jane Online booking system * Direct billing?insurance assignment * New technologies such as Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression and 3D Movement Screens * A warm and welcoming environment with friendly front desk staff *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Effectively diagnose and understand the patients? symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. * Develop and execute a personalized treatment plan in collaboration with your rehabilitation specialist for each of your patients. * Provide patients with guidance on exercises to help improve health and increase quality of life. * Accurately document each patient?s condition and progress. * Build strong rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds through effective communication. * Understand how to implement new technology and software changes in the profession to enhance the patient?s experience. * Participate in business and community development initiatives to drive new patients and growth. * Participate in ongoing clinical education. * In coordination with Dr. Nicholas Russell and the Management team, review compliance and performance quarterly to determine the level of support required. *REQUIREMENTS* * Licensed Chiropractor and in good standing with College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) * Appropriate Liability Insurance * Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Focused on growth and development of the team as a whole *APPLICATION PROCESS* Please email your interest and application to drrussell@couvehealth.com *COMPENSATION* $100,000 - $200,000 commission, based on experience and billings. *EXPECTED START DATE* September 1, 2026 *CLINIC HOURS* Monday ?
