Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Group home. Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. 3-4 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment.
