To do this, we need leaders at all levels of the organization who embrace a challenge and believe in their ability to make a difference.</span><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About Our Opportunity</b></H2></div><div><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Reporting to the Executive Director, Continuing Care, as the <strong>Director of Long Term Care (LTC)</strong>, you will play a key leadership role in the Branch leadership team whose mandate is to lead, prioritize and drive Continuing Care initiatives that lead to better resident/client care outcomes, stronger system performance across the broader health system, and timely advice to senior leadership on sector priorities, risks, and emerging issues.<br><br>You will provide both operational and strategic leadership. Specifically, you are accountable for advancing program excellence and system change through strategic partnerships, and for overseeing programs, initiatives and projects that are governed by multiple pieces of provincial legislation, regulations, policies, and standards.
