Execute and maintain control governance activities.<br/></div><div>? Perform data mapping and control documentation.<br/></div><div>? Conduct control testing and document results.<br/></div><div>? Maintain and update control inventories within Archer/GRC platforms.<br/></div><div>? Manage risk and control reporting, governance data, and documentation.<br/></div><div>? Maintain governance and compliance records.<br/></div><div>? Support risk reporting and regulatory requirements.<br/></div><div>? Conduct governance activities across Technology, Data, Privacy, Risk, and Operations functions.<br/></div><div>? Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain evidence and resolve outstanding items.<br/></div><div>? Track remediation activities and action items through completion.<br/></div><div>? Support access remediation and validation processes.<br/></div><div>? Independently manage deliverables and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.<br/></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div><b>Required qualifications</b><br/></div><div><br/></div><div>? Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/></div><div>? 3-5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Control Governance, Data Governance, GRC Administration, or Financial Services.<br/></div><div>? 3+ years of hands-on experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms.<br/></div><div>? Experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Control Governance environments.<br/></div><div>? Experience managing risk and control data, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement.<br/></div><div>? Strong experience working with Archer or similar GRC platforms.<br/></div><div>? Strong understanding of control testing, governance processes, and control documentation.<br/></div><div>? Experience with data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Preferred qualifications</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Professional certifications in Risk Management, Audit, Governance, or Compliance.<br/></div><div>? Financial Services industry experience.<br/></div><div>? Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Data Governance, or First Line Risk & Control experience.<br/></div><div>? Strong Archer/GRC administration experience.<br/></div><div>? Data management and data mapping experience within governance frameworks.<br/></div><div>? Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.<br/></div><div>? Experience with cyber controls, SDLC processes, and technology governance.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Soft skills</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br/></div><div>? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br/></div><div>?
