*Job description* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our progressive dental practice in the GTA. The ideal candidate should be clinically confident, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care using advanced technology while delivering an exceptional patient experience. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform general dentistry procedures, including examinations, restorations, crowns, extractions, and root canal treatments * Diagnose oral health conditions through clinical evaluations and diagnostic tools * Develop and execute personalized treatment plans * Utilize dental software (Adstra) for charting * Provide gentle and effective pediatric dental care when required * Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options * Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members * Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols *Qualifications & Skills* * DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program * Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) * Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment * Commitment to continuing education and professional development Pay: $250,000.00-$450,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- Location Toronto, ON
