How can I connect a device to my Job Bank user account?

You can connect a device to your user account on Job Bank. This will allow you to have access to all of your alerts and favourites in one place whether you are using Job Bank’s website or the Job Bank mobile app.


To connect a device to your user account, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Job Bank for Job Seekers and log in to your user account.
    2. Click on your name at the top right corner of your Dashboard.
    3. Select "My user account" from the list.
    4. Click on the "Connect a device" tab.
    5. Click on "Connect a new device".
    6. Click on "Send to my email" to receive the authentication code in your inbox.
    7. Copy the authentication code from your inbox on your device.
    8. Open the Job Bank mobile app and tap on the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the screen.
    9. Under "User account", input your account’s email address and the authentication code in the proper fields.
    10. Tap on "Connect".
