Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 5-10 people. Cook (general). Kitchen and food service helpers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Safe Food Handling certificate. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available.
