Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Oversee payroll administration. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Leading/instructing groups. Provide customer service. Manage events. Organize and maintain inventory.
