Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Security guard agency. Tasks: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
