Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction. Perform routine maintenance work. Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
