Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Railway transport company. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods. Ensure transport compliance with regulations. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Working groups. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Drug test. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
