*Positioning and challenges *
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Director.
Administrative staff on local contracts not covered by collective contract.
The financial analyst, payroll and operations officer acts in compliance with the operating rules of a French school, as well as with Ontario regulations.
*Job description *
*Finance *
* Manage accounts receivable, including bank reconciliation in the accounting tool and reviewing revenue before posting, as well as preparing and monitoring files related to family billing.
* Produce regular reports and analyses on LFT activities (clubs, school trips, camps) and monitor reconciliation, noting any discrepancies between forecasted and actual objectives and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
* Provide support to the finance team during annual audits, tax periods, and annual re-enrollment periods, collaborating with the admissions department.
* Develop and implement processes to enhance the efficiency of the finance department and the school as a whole, including configuring the accounting tool.
*Payroll *
? Supporting the HR manager throughout the payroll process.
*Operations *
? Monitoring of supplier and stakeholder contracts

*Expected skills *
* Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
* Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite; familiarity with Veracross is advantageous.
* Possesses qualities of efficiency, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
* Demonstrates adaptability, eagerness to learn, and autonomy.
* B1 level proficiency in French is beneficial.
* Exhibits availability, dynamism, and initiative-taking.
* Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
* Upholds discretion and maintains confidentiality.
