All this in a pleasant, supportive work environment.</p><p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>We're looking for a senior Steam System Technician. In this role, your main objective will be to carry out analyses of steam System, heat exchangers, steam traps, etc. To do this, you'll work closely with other members of our team, who will target potential customers where you'll conduct audits. Suggest modifications to our customers' systems to solve their problems or improve their processes while reducing their energy consumption. Advise customers and make recommendations for modifications or replacement of defective or underperforming parts.</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct steam trap surveys at customer sites;</li><li>Produce steam Network improvement reports;</li><li>Make suggestions for modifications involving our product portfolio;</li><li>Offer solutions to customer problems;</li><li>Support customers in identifying the most appropriate technology for their needs;</li><li>Be a strong team player and value the sharing of know-how;</li><li>Provide regular feedback to your supervisor;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>DEC in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, building mechanics or equivalent;</li><li>Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in steam Systems and/or HVAC;</li><li>Self-motivated and organized;</li><li>Focused on customer service and long-term relationships;</li><li>Comfortable with MS office suite;</li><li>Looking for a long-term commitment;<ul><li>Must have a valid driver's license and passport.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>May be required to work off-site on occasion.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Regular formal or on-the-job training</li><li>Healthy and pleasant work environment</li><li>Profit-sharing program</li></ul>
