Summer Students - Human Resources<p> Human Resources Department<p>COMP # 3708470<p>The Ottawa Catholic School Board is looking for summer students to join the Human Resources team. Under the direction of a Coordinator (Wellness, Human Resources, Operations), the students will : <p> Be involved in document and data collection and entry as well as tracking of important information <p> Scanning documents <p> Provide administrative support to various members of the HR Team <p> Performs other duties as assigned<p>Qualifications: <p> Secondary School Diploma <p> In the process of completing a College diploma, University degree or other post secondary education <p> One year of related experience preferred <p> Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Applications and proficient computer skills <p> Task and detail oriented <p> Ability to organize and prioritize <p> Excellent verbal and written communications skills <p> Strong interpersonal skills <p> Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered<p>The ideal candidate(s) will be students completing post secondary education who are currently on summer break.<p>These positions are temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) assignments. The anticipated start is approximately May 1 with an anticipated end date of August 30, 2024.
